Visit with Santa, Kids Craft Area, Face Painting, Bring an Ornament to hang on the Tree, Sign cards for local Troops, Kid's Storytime, Free Cookies, Hot Chocolate, and Coffee, Wagon Rides, Community Carolers!!

The 4th Annual Fall Fest, Handmade Market is scheduled for October 19th, 2019. There will be in excess of 90 artisan vendors with their handmade items. In addition, there will be FREE kids activities, Food Trucks & Expanded Brewery Hours.

Come celebrate Fairmount with us! Join us for our Golf Cart & Bicycle Parade as well as an Art Contest with the theme “I Love Fairmount”! Local businesses will be open with sales throughout the day! Face painting! Outdoor vendors to shop handmade items from while grooving to live DJ music. Karaoke. ….more details to come.

That is what the state is offering to do with grants available from $5,000 to a maximum of $100,000. You reap 100% of the benefit and the state picks up half the tab!

Main Street Fairmount is hosting this informative meeting which will feature representatives from Grant County Growth Council, the Office of Community and Rural Affairs, Indianapolis, and Indiana Landmarks who will present information regarding these grants and answer questions.

Andrea Kern with OCRA (Office of Community and Rural Affairs) is offering her assistance! Andrea will be in Fairmount to present grant opportunities for you.

Also attending our meeting is Tim Eckerle and Victoria Herring from Grant County Growth Council along with Paul Hayden with Indiana Landmarks.

Grab a friend and join us as we make candles and a salt or sugar scrub to take home with you! Pour a candle into a reusable drinking glass (dishwasher safe), choose a fragrance and craft an Emulsifying Salt or Sugar Scrub, and enjoy tasty treats and drinks all in a single afternoon! $30/person (includes all supplies, drinks, and snacks). 40 spots available and they will go fast!
